Venhill Featherlight Clutch Cable 51″ – Norton Commando European / Cafe Bars (066476)

Venhill Featherlight Clutch Cable – Norton Commando European Bars (Part 066476 / 06-6476)

This is the Venhill Featherlight 51″ inner clutch cable designed specifically for Norton Commando motorcycles fitted with European-style handlebars, cafe racer bars, or low-rise bars. The Venhill Featherlight cable uses a ultra-low friction PTFE-lined outer sheath and a high-tensile inner cable, resulting in a clutch action that is noticeably lighter and more precise than a standard replacement cable.

The 51″ inner length corresponds to part number 06-6476 in the Norton Commando parts manuals and is the correct specification for bikes fitted with European or cafe-style handlebars – not the longer cable used with US/western-style high bars. Getting the right length is critical: too short and the cable binds; too long and you lose feel and have excessive slack to manage.

Venhill cables are among the most respected aftermarket control cables for vintage British motorcycles. The Featherlight liner virtually eliminates cable friction and stiction, making the lever pull lighter right through the full range of clutch travel – a noticeable improvement on any Commando, especially after a long day in traffic.

Compatibility:
– Norton Commando 750, all models with European/cafe handlebars
– Norton Commando 850 Mk1, Mk2, Mk3, all models with European/cafe handlebars
– Replaces OEM part number 06-6476 / 066476
– Also suits: Interstate, Roadster, Hi-Rider (with European bar conversion)

If your bike has high western-style bars, see our other Venhill clutch cable listings for the correct length.
