The STK-105 uses a Hall-effect trigger and precision-machined pulsar ring to deliver a rock-solid spark at exactly the right moment — every time. The pulsar ring is engraved with degree markings so you can set timing accurately with the piston at TDC, and an LED mounted on the ring lights up to confirm the spark point and power supply — a huge advantage when setting up. No more points gap, no more condenser failures, no more advance mechanism wear.

The CDI unit produces an extremely short spark duration but drives HT voltage up to 40kV — far higher than a conventional points system. The result is a cleaner, hotter spark across the full rev range, improving cold starting, idle quality, throttle response, and fuel efficiency. The system has very low current draw, making it compatible with standard 12V electrical systems without stressing the charging circuit.
