The John Player Norton speedometer cable is the correct replacement for the iconic JPN Production Racer — Norton’s factory-backed Formula 750 racer that dominated early 1970s endurance racing in its distinctive black and gold livery. This 6-foot cable connects the front wheel drive to the Smiths speedometer head, routed to suit the JPN’s racing cockpit layout.
This John Player Norton speedometer cable is also a correct fit for Production Racer builds based on the Norton Commando, where the longer 6-foot cable length is required to route cleanly over the top yoke to the instrument. Supplied by Norvil to original specification. Part number 06-7910 / 067910.
